Deal Combines Two Well Known and Respected Performance Materials Companies

Effective July 1, 2008, Niantic Seal, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The INSCO Group, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Northeast Rubber Products, Inc., a leading distributor and fabricator of industrial rubber products. The new entity will operate as a going concern from its existing facility located in Framingham, MA, doing business as Northeast Rubber Products, a division of Niantic Seal.

Both business units are included in INSCO’s newly formed Performance Materials Group. Each company has shared equal regional presence in the high performance seal and industrial rubber products market for many years. Our intent going forward is to leverage the inherent strengths of both organizations for the immediate benefit of our valued customers and principal suppliers.
